Meet Matt Smith, he is our new Operations Director, which means he is responsible for all the behind-the-scenes happenings to make things happen here at Open Doors! He meets with guests and community partners alike to formulate and action out plans to build goals and inspire dreams in our community.

When he's not working, he's spending time with his kiddo, being the best parent he can be and teaching his child compassion for others
